ORDER TRACKING
My tracking number is not working
Most physical orders include a tracking number. If your tracking number is not yet active, this usually means the carrier has not scanned the package yet. Please allow a short period and try again.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If applicable, tracking details will be included.
Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my package

International shipping generally takes 8–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
My order didn’t arrive on time

How is my package delivered?
Delivery method depends on your location and may be made to your home, mailbox, building reception, or local post office. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held for pickup.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What if my Mellume Piano Board arrives damaged or defective?
If your Mellume Piano Board arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with clear photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded unless otherwise stated.
